Behind closed doors, so many of us are carrying struggles that the world doesn’t always see. Silent tears shed in the middle of the night. Heartache that sits quietly in the background of our day. The confusion of not recognising yourself some mornings, in your body, your emotions, or your energy.
Menopause can feel like a lonely road sometimes but hear me when I say this: You are not alone.
You are heard.
You are seen.
Every sleepless night, every wave of anxiety, every moment where you’ve questioned your worth or strength, it matters.
YOU matter.
Sisterhood is powerful.
It’s about lifting each other up when the weight feels too heavy, reminding one another that it’s ok to not be ok, and reaching out for a hand to hold when the storm feels overwhelming.
We don’t have to keep our battles hidden away.
We don’t have to do this in silence.
To every woman walking through this chapter:
you are brave, even when you don’t feel it.
You are strong, even when your body feels weak.
And it is more than ok to lean on the women around you – your sisters, your friends, your community, for support, love, and understanding.
Let’s continue to be that safe space for one another. A place where laughter can live beside tears, where honesty replaces shame, and where no one has to walk this path alone.
To my sisters in menopause:
I see you,
I hear you,
I stand with you.
